Tickets are purchased. I only recognize about half of the airlines we'll be using.
Just yesterday, we sent off the gobs of paperwork/certified checks/photos for our Indian visa applications. What a pain. A little taste of Indian bureaucracy right here in the US. But at least it's done. Now we just have to sit on our hands and wait for our passports to come back. Today, we'll mail out applications for our international driver's permits. (This also seems strange and a bit hokey. The issuing authority for these things is AAA, not any government agency, but for some reason, this is what you need in order to drive a car in Indonesia.)
